Refund Policy

At Swift Business Consultancy, we aim to make every client happy with the services we provide. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’re here to help.

1. Service-Based Policy

Since we offer services (not physical products), our refunds work differently. Once work has started, we may charge for the time and effort already spent.

2. When You May Get a Refund

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

  • You cancel the service before we start working

  • We made a mistake that we couldn’t fix

  • You’re not satisfied and let us know within 3 days of delivery

We review each request fairly and on a case-by-case basis.

3. When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds are usually not given if:

  • The work is completed as agreed

  • You change your mind after the work is delivered

  • You didn’t give us the info or access we needed to do the work

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Order details

  • Reason for the refund

We’ll review your request and reply within 3–5 business days.
