We work on a quarterly service model. If you’re happy with our work, your service will renew every 3 months with payment.

2. Payments
Payment must be made before we begin work. We accept card payments.
If payment is delayed, we may pause or stop services until it’s received.
3. Cancellations
You can cancel any time by contacting us. If we haven’t started the work, you may get a full or partial refund.

4. Ownership & Rights
Once your payment is complete, all content or designs we create for you (like logos, texts, visuals) belong to you.
Our training, templates, or internal tools may not be copied or shared without permission.
5. Our Limits
We always aim to deliver great work, but we can’t promise specific outcomes (like higher sales or traffic).
We’re also not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms or services.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make big changes, we’ll let you know on our website.
